1. Work closely with an experienced Consultant to successfully fulfill search projects
2. Build up lists of target companies and candidates according to job JDs and requirements from clients
3. Use technology and online talent communities to reach and collect target candidates
4. Cold calling target candidates to assess their interest and rapport
5. Screen candidates to understand their , and motivations
6. Present our clients’ job positions to the target candidates
7. Support Consultant in arranging telephone and face to face interviews
8. Ensure needed information of the candidate and present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates
9. Actively network with candidates and potential candidates – both online and in person.
10. Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Capable of working under pressure, willing to learn and take challenges.
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
4. Good team work spirit.
